Equipment Issued
Equipment issued to employees is recorded in this option. This provides a means of recording not only the equipment but also the number of items, the date issued and when the equipment was returned etc.

Prerequisites
- Equipment Codes and Purchased Codes need to be added before adding Equipment Issued
Rules and Guidelines
- When an employee is selected, any equipment issued to that employee is displayed.
- Details of the equipment can be recorded directly onto the table or drill down on the record.
ESS Access
- Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
Field Information
This field displays the 4-character code that represents the item of equipment allocated to the employee.
This field displays the number of pieces of issued equipment .
This field records the date the equipment was first issued to the employee.
This field records if the equipment has been lost.
This field displays the date the item of equipment was re-issued.
This field displays the date the item of equipment was returned.
This field records if the employee has purchased the item of equipment.
This field displays additional comments about issued equipment.
